You know mental health is topical when a coaster campaign goes viral.
Rightly so too, given that suicide is the biggest cause of male deaths under the age of 45.

I personally think it’s a wonderful message in that it directs men to be observant of mates and actually tells them what to do – make contact. Often stress, depression, loneliness is something men find difficult to talk about.
So if a coaster can make men think, I’ll raise a glass (of water) to it and say “Cheers.”
